These Are The The Inner Mind Ramblings of Me.
I am an American (from and currently residing in Pennsylvania) wife and mother with a twisted sense of humor, an open liberal mind, and somewhat macabre hobbies.
Here is where I like to post things that encompass all my interests. Drop me a note if you would like to ask me a question, or anything else.
If I own it I will say so, if I don't claim it as original, then I do not claim to own it.

ah yes, the original and best pledge, the way it was meant to be.
^wrong. our nation was founded under God and christianity. it should stay that way. not forcing it upon everyone, we have the right to choose. but it should stay.
*Facepalm*
You know “under God” was added in 1954, right? The original pledge, written by Francis Bellamy in 1892, read: “I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the Republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

If you REALLY want to get down to brass tacks, not even all the “pilgrims” were on the same side of the Bible. There Puritans and Strangers.
A little research and some common sense can really save you from looking like a tool.
Heres founding father T.J:
Lets see what some other founding fathers had to say about Christianity:
OOOOOOHHHHHH DAMN!
And finally, a compilation, to make it easy for you

how the Pledge originally was, when first adopted by Congress in 1942
How it should be… Then again, don’t get me started on ‘pledging allegiance’ to a country that you happened to be born in...
I really dislike saying the pledge now because of the whole under god thing. One order of Separation of church and state...
Under god was added in 1954. I got in trouble in school for not wanting to say the pledge the way I was suppose to....
Religious belief must be challenged and the challenge is that people must abide by their religious beliefs or change...
